Mary definitely has a very good client base and knowledge of the Safety Bay area. She signed up an offer in the first two weeks which was subject to a considerably long finance approval period however this did not diminish her commitment to home opens or attempts to get a better and quicker sale. In the end we achieved top dollar sale with little fuss.
