We had both previously heard good reports about Mary when she had been involved with other realestate companys. We actually had a breaf encounter with Mary when we were shopping for an investment property. All of the positive feedback proved to be real when in this case she was - `The Ultimate Professional`. We have bought and sold our share of propertys but this was different - By not means pushy, in agreement with what our property was worth, and totally stuck to her guns until it settled!! I first met Mary when viewing a property to buy. Two years later when it was time to sell a property I knew she was the person to act on my behalf. I first contacted her two months before the house actually went on the market. During this time she kept in contact to see how we were progressing providing advice and assistance as required. Mary definitely has a very good client base and knowledge of the Safety Bay area. She signed up an offer in the first two weeks which was subject to a considerably long finance approval period however this did not diminish her commitment to home opens or attempts to get a better and quicker sale. We first encountered Mary Walker whilst looking for our family home in the Shoalwater area. When we visited her Home Opens she was always welcoming and informative of the property that she was selling and what we liked was her honesty and her ability to see what could be done with some of the 'renovators' that we viewed. We did eventually buy in the area but 18 months later we were given the opportunity to move over East and we decided to move lock, stock and barrel. This meant firstly selling our lovely family home. There was no question in our minds who we wanted to do this for us - Mary. We had a very tight schedule and therefore pilled on the pressure for Mary to sell our home.
